I like to post these because it also helps me remember how far iv come and hopefully will give some encouragement to others that it can be done. I'm a big guy 6'2 goal weight is 250...25 Lbs Away 
Majority of my weight has been lost by cycling, 100+ miles a week and of course eating healthy.

congrats! this is truely amazing I am definately going to jump back on my bike, i gave it up and started to run because i didn't think it was doining anything for me. Man was i wrong!! good luck on the last 25lb
