TOPIC: Drop Sets?

I've switch up my workout routine a little and I need advice. I'm not even sure if these are considered 'drop sets'.

Today was upper body and here is my routine:

Shoulder Press 6reps @ 15lbs; Tricep Extenstion 6 reps @ 12lbs; Hammer Curls 6 reps @ 15lbs
Shoulder Press 8reps @ 12lbs; Tricep Extenstion 8 reps @ 10lbs; Hammer Curls 8 reps @ 12lbs
Shoulder Press 12reps @ 10lbs; Tricep Extenstion 12 reps @ 8lbs; Hammer Curls 12 reps @ 10lbs

Chest Fly 6reps @ 15lbs; Chest Press 6reps @ 20lbs; Dumbell Row 6reps @ 15lbs
Chest Fly 8reps @ 12lbs; Chest Press 8reps @ 15lbs; Dumbell Row 8reps @ 12lbs
Chest Fly 12reps @ 10lbs; Chest Press 12reps @ 12lbs; Dumbell Row 12reps @ 10lbs

Thoughts? Will this be an effective routine?

This is in addition to TurboFire which I've been doing...So I do get my cardio in too. I'm just bored with my current lifting routine.

It's hard to tell if it will be effective.
Personally I don't think it's enough volume because the weights are pretty light.

Definitely unbalanced, you have shoulder press, extensions, flies, and another pressing movement.
But only one pulling movement.

You need more back work IMO.

They may seem pretty light but they are not light for me. Yes the 8/12 reps get lighter and that's why I add more reps but the 6 reps I'm struggling my that 6th rep.

I also do push ups but I didn't mention because there is no dumbells involved.
