I work at night... so obviously this is ready to be packed into my scooby doo lunch box :)
For dinner: baked chicken and corn, large salad with balsamic vinaigrette (and homegrown cherry tomatoes) and a fruit salad For snacks I have; pears, orange, bananas and grapes

Chicken wraps at neighborhood picnic...i didn't make, but they were wonderul

Forget the meals get to the good stuff.....desert. Strawberry and banana ice cream, sorta. A bowl full and under 150 calories.

Today's lunch: leftover stuffed pepper, pistachios, 1/2 apple
Dinner wasn't really photo-worthy... just a monster salad and 1/2 can tuna (in water). Y'all PLEASE keep posting pics! This thread is great!

Chris-of course I lean towards the "BAD for you" food...LOL!! well Happy Birthday Mum then...and thanks about my meatloaf...it was super tastey!
Meag-fab lookin Med food! CHICKEN PARMESAN MEATLOAF Jennie-O - Extra Lean Ground Turkey 99/1 ......1-1/4lbs Egg - Whole, 1 large Panko - Bread Crumbs, 1/4 Cup Generic - Dried Basil Leaves, Ground, 1/2 tsp Generic - Dried Thyme, 1/2 tsp Generic - Dried Oregano, 1/2 tsp Bakers and Chefs - Minced Garlic, 1 tsp Generic - grated Small Yellow Onion, 1 small Morton - Iodized Salt, 1/2 tsp Generic - Ground Black Pepper , 0.5 g, 1 tsp Kroger - 100% Grated Parmesan Romano Cheese, 1/2 cup Kraft-fat free shredded cheddar, 1/2cup Newman's Own - Marinara 1/2 cup Preheat oven to 375. Mix all ingredients (EXCEPT the last 2 in a large bowl). put into sprayed loaf pan and form into a loaf. top with marinara. bake for 40-45 min. add shredded cheese, and put back in oven until melted. let sit for 5-10minutes for easy slicing. hope you enjoy!

Tara: now you've got me thinking. I wonder if anyone has made a kangaroo meatloaf? That looks to be mainly protein & carbs to me depending on the cheese used I guess. Hmm... choc/pb/cinnamon proats with apple, strawberry & PB&CO CRS apple/banana baby food & cottage cheese with apple & cinnamon baked sweet potato & bulgogi chicken with sriracha banana/ strawberry B&B pudding & coffee swirl icecream |
