* Can't share recipes with friends.
* Can't sort recipes * Can't turn a meal into a recipe * When friends see 1 serving they have no idea what you put in it * When I want to go back and tweak recipe ingredient amounts, I can't and I have to delete the item and start over again with the new amount of that ingredient. Tedious. * Can't add instructions to personal recipes * A recipe is always a work in progress. Even after I submit it to the database, I want the ability to change it. This is why I have not submitted any recipes to the database. Hope this feedback helps you make the site better. Ruth

It is so frustrating to not be able to change things once it is in there. It really pains me when I have a recipe with a dozen or more ingredients, start to enter the last one and I do it wrong.... Delete and start over is the only choice.

I agree...I've had to make new recipes over and over again because I can't edit what's in one or for that matter, even SEE what's in one that I've already created.

You only have to delete the ONE ingredient that you made an error in not toss out the whole recipe. At the right of the 12 ingredient lines are red circles with a - in them.. that's the delete button for that line item only.
I'd be frustrated too if I got to ingredient 12 and made a typo and had to start from 0 again, but you don't have to. Food > recipes click the recipe name and it will show you the ingredients in recipes you've entered in the past. APP users may be able to edit the quantity of an ingredient within the app (look for more > food > recipes or edit food and recipes something similar) just like you can every line item in your food diary.

Thank you, I am now finding that I can edit the amounts on my cellphone. Seems odd that you cannot do that online but hopefully you are working on that.

This still means that all the other * are problems needing to be fixed.

Mostly I want to be able to share the recipe with friends/other users, and also to be able to search it would be nice. Thanks!

Really, can't you shamelessly steal some of the interface and features from the SparkPeople food tracker?
Your site is so much better than theirs but your applications are lacking (but I give you high marks for having a functioning scanner app !! ) . Please, make it easier to log foods and we will do more of it.
