TOPIC: my weight loss journey so far... |

I started just a little over a year ago weight almost 160 pounds. I look at photos of myself and wonder how on earth was I able to breath. I looked like I was suffocating. As of today I weigh in at 176.4! I'm still a good ways away from hitting a healthy target range but Im slowly headed that way!

you look great, hadda do a double take due to the typo in post about you being 160 then 176, but then i saw the 260 in the photo.
I can't wait to have that much lost!!!
