I confess that I reallllllllllly want greasy food today because apparently in my quest to become healthier I no longer have any kind of tolerance for alcohol. Yes. That's right. I have a 4 beer monster hangover.

I confess that I had a huge buttery croissant this morning (from starbucks)...and the darn thing had 310 calories and 18 grams of fat. Won't be getting one of those again for a long time.

I confess I haven't stepped on the scale since 8/24..until this morning
Good news, I didn't gain....same weight I was hoping to shed the 5 pounds I put on since last summer

I confess I haven't logged my food in days because I don't even want to know the caloric intake
I confess that I have NO clue how I've continued to lose even though I've been eating terribly!?
I confess it was only 6oz I lost this week, LOL, but still, it's a loss!

I confess that within the past 2 days I have eaten 1/2 a funnel cake, 1/2 of a plate of ribbon fries, and 6 deep fried oreos....yum...fair food. At least it's only 2 times a year that I eat like this.

I confess that I bought a scale last night and was horrified this morning......back to square one!
I also confess that I took the stairs after lunch....5 flight of stairs......wait, (checks pulse)...okay, still alive! Jason/35

I confess that I am extreamly pissy and tired. I didn't get to sleep until 1:30 this morning (my fault) and then I wake up at 3:00 to my dog having a panic attack (she's deathly afraid of loud noises) because the smoke alarm decided to start dying (beeping every 10 minutes) and didn't get back to sleep until I took the darn thing off the wall and put it out in the garage. Then to top if off my alarm is set to go off at 6:30...so all in all I have had 5 hours of sleep.

I confess that I'd rather be snuggled under the covers for a couple more hours......a tad bit too cold for me this morning. I am not looking forward to winter! But I am going to make it my WIN-ter as I will be the biggest loser!
