Proud that I tried Zumba again. 3rd class most definately better than the first. I'll keep at it. I even got a decent calorie burn from it today, even more reason to try again, mixes up my cardio.

I am proud that I've inspired my sister to get back on the MFP bandwagon! Also, I am proud that we've both set the goal to run the 5K Race for the Cure next year.

I just want answers, homicide detective is telling me a few more weeks! I want to tear my hear out and scream! God help me. I took my grandson to the county fair and had a few hours of "normal" but it wasn't. Two things cannot be hidden long, the moon and the truth!

I am proud that I made an apple crisp and while I want a huge warm bowl of it topped with vanilla ice cream, I only allowed myself 4 bites. No ice cream. The apples aren't so bad. The sugar, flour, butter topping I put on that my family loves isn't so good!

I'm proud that I stuck to my plan again today. I finally feel like I'm back to doing what I should be doing. The more "good" days I get under my belt, the less likely I am to mess up and have "bad" days. I was trying to get myself back on track for a week or so, and it seems like once I stopped thinking about it a little bit and focused on things I had going on at work, it happened naturally and I got back on track.
I feel awesome!
Short work week for me this week- 2 days down, 2 to go!

I have had a few very busy days lately, and I'm very proud that I'm sticking to my calories and logging my food. I was trying to take time at night to plan out my next day, and I haven't had time to do that for a few days, but I'm still making the time to track and eat healthy. I'm also proud that I've just about completely broken my afternoon "snacking" habit. I still have a snack in the afternoon when I'm hungry, but I don't just snack constantly all afternoon.

Proud that a pair of jeans that have been hanging in my closet
(bought on sale, a little tight...then didn't fit for a year...way too tight to even sit down) are now too big!
Proud that I finally hit the 25 pound mark last week, but it feels like so much more.

I am proud that I have not used family issues to stuff my mouth. Jeannie
One year from today, you'll look back at this moment. How you feel about it depends on the choices you make today "I am going to eat healthy and exercise more, if I lose some weight along the way, BONUS!!" Love, Jeannie |

* Proud that I didn't snack after supper last night.
* Proud that I dd some exercises during biggest loser last night. * Proud that I haven't obsessed over staying exactly at my goal weight. I think I've handled maintenance well so far. * Proud that I can acknowledge that my exercise hasn't been too great lately. No excuses just straight up "haven't been doing it". * I'm proud that I'm taking tomorrow off from work. Headache the past 3 days that mysteriously eases up once I leave....hmmmm. * I'm proud that I'm still (im)patiently waiting for our insurance quote. I just want to see how much money we can save.....
Take care my friends! Kati
