TOPIC: Im only eating 1200-1300 cals a day?

I've been eating around 1200 cals for a few days. My BMR says my daily calorie intake should be around 1670, but I cant eat that many calories? I eat 3-4 meals a day and my calorie intake is usually only around 1000 calories and Im full. I then make myself eat something at night which is very annoying as I feel like im force feeding myself so I can get to the 1200 calorie mark.
Then there's the thing aswell that I go to the gym 6 times a week and burn around 400+ calories each time Im there.

Ok, I'll just get to the point.
Is it ok for me to only be eating 1300 calories? ...even with me burning so much?
If its not ok, How on earth do I eat more without feeling like a fatty? (I dont like nuts and I dont eat pasta or breads)

Yes, it's fine. I do understand and I think it's common. When we eat right and start paying attention, we become full much more easily.

I do get full. And I do exercise that much, (except today cos it was by b-day. Still ate less than 1200 cals and was full tho)
Im deff not a skinny minny, I weight 86kg nearly 87. (189pounds+)

My new lifestyle has me at 1200 calories per day and I follow it strictly. I also exercise and I also feel hungry. As a big person who formerly ate a lot of food, I know that over time the stomach will shrink and you won't feel as hungry. It would be wise to consult a dietician for professional assistance.

You can get more calories in without having to stuff yourself - eat calorie dense foods such as avocados, nuts and nut butters, cook with olive oil or coconut oil. Good things to add to your diet.

Yeah! You can add nuts and olive oil to your salads and it can bump up your calorie intake without causing you to feel too full. Protein shakes are also a good idea!

I can't tell you how to add more to your diet. I'm in a similar position. Well, I'm supposed to eat 1200 calories a day and it's really hard for me to get it over 800. I'm just not hungry. I've been eating some almonds lately to try and bump up the calories but it really only increases it by 100 or 200. I'm still rarely over 1,000 calories unless I go out to eat or something.
Of course, not eating meat or any animal products makes a huge difference ... if you check most people's food diaries, I think meats are very calorie-dense.
Look up some foods with higher calories and try to add those to your diary.

But, if you're just not hungry, don't eat more.
