Any suggestions? I'm working out 5 x 50 min a week (circuit and jogging). I'm drinking water and keeping to my calories. I just changed MFP setting to 2 lbs a week (although it only lets me go to 1.5 lbs a week really). How can I amp things up for the next two weeks (or is it not realistic?)?
Keep your eating the most nutritious possible (no sugar, junk food, alcohol, caffeine, artificial sweeteners. processed food) , log every bite you eat, look for every possible opportunity to burn calories, and keep your stress level low.

I wish I would hurry up and get into the 140's it's driving me crazy but I know it's my own fault that I am not there yet. I think weekends are the worst for me. About the no sugar sounds like a good idea to me. I'm always over on my sugar. I think for me it would be easier to do no sweets for a week though. I'm not to picky though what's everyone else thinking?
