If I set my diary privacy settings to friends only, can they see what my daily nutrition goals are?

if it's part of the diary IE calories they can, they can see what your protein, fat, carb targets are too and how you did towards them IF you have those columns set to show.
They can't see your weight or measurements, but food diary and exercise diary are available.
