honestly...SPICES.
nothing worse than bland food to make you feel like you're "dieting", when all you're doing is trying to make a lifestyle change.
not condiments though, those have calories!
things like chilli powder, dill, oregano, thyme, parsley, garlic salt, etc. will really help your food stay yummy even if its really good for you!!
also, tabasco sauce. my weakness :P

Tons of veggies! Mushrooms (LOTS), Bok Choy, Radishes, Peppers (peppers and more peppers), carrots, snap peas, tomatoes, cucumber, hot peppers, pickles, etc etc etc.
Spices for the veggies...and low calorie/sodium sauces...especially HOT SAUCE! Yum! Then I would buy some eggs, lots of lean meants (especially chicken breast) Brown Rice Bananas Peaches Frozen Berries Yogurt Cinnamon Raisin Bread Peanut Butter (and sorry, but I'd have to buy Jam too lol) Popcorn (100 cal snack bags)

A pound of ground coffee and some sweetened condensed milk and fat free half and half. I have an iced coffee addiction.
Also chicken. Some sort of produce that looks tasty (it's Minnesota.... we have limited selections.) I'm also currently in love with Emerald's S'mores breakfast pack. Best snack/trail mix combos ever.
