I searched for Lyl'e book The Ketogenic Diet and lowest price is about $80.00. Anyone have it? Is it worth it?

I haven't read it myself, though I have read/used "The Rapid Fat Loss Plan" and can say it was 100% worth the $40 I paid for it, and then some!

You can get The Ketogenic Diet directly from Body Recomposition for 49.95.

Yes, his prices are a bit steep, but it's good, solid info and a decent read (it's not just information. his personality comes through and makes it enjoyable).

i haven't tried ketogenic, but did rapid fat loss (which is basically a more extreme form of the ketogenic, only to be used for short periods of time). for me, it was definitely worth the effort. i lost 15lbs in 6 weeks (where i was losing MAYBE 1/2lb/week before that), and i felt amazing!! also saved me a lot of money because i didn't go out to eat nearly as often wink

I don't think it's an actual published book, just an ebook he wrote himself and sells from his website, in electronic form.

I read his Rapid Fat Loss Handbook last night. Really interesting.
