I would like to be able to download by progress reports into an excel spreadsheet.
also when I try to look at the 1yr progress I get some weird chart that has nothing to do with my weight.

I agree. I would love this feature. An open format like csv or odf would be ideal (which you can open in Excel).

Yes, I would love to be able to download the data too. Can someone from MFP explain to us why this is not possible? And if it is, can you show me how? Thanks!

I'd like to pile on this request. Likewise, I'm diabetic and would appreciate being able to compare various "inputs" and "outputs" such as Carbohydrates vs. Blood Sugar. Instead of your programmers attempting to anticipate everyone's diverse needs, let us have our data and fiddle with it at will!

I agree, it would be very helpful to be able to download raw data in order to really track what's going on...

I would absolutely love a .csv file so I could chart specific data, like food + serving size + carbs.

Another yes from me too. Excel downloadable files should not be problem for the reports from MFP. This feature should be available.
