I set up my account in early June, but didn't actively start the program until a few days ago. Can I reset my start date so that it doesn't show up as being on it for the month of June with no progress on the chart? I'm trying to avoid deleting my whole account and re-starting under a new account.
Thanks,
Denise S.

my home> check in > edit previous entries

you can delete the invalid past measurement entries.

You can't change the"date" shown under your "picture slot" here on the forums

oh no, this is my question too! When I look at my daily progress it shows nothing for 2 months because I downloaded the ap before I actually started using it. Is there really no way to change the start date? :(

I have the same problem on my app. Even though I just started, downloading the app last week, the start date is showing 2 months ago.

Can anyone advise on changing the app version?

For the last 2 posters is the date you're seeing perhaps the app version release date? As both of you show here in the forums a join date of July 2012 which is at most 3 weeks ago...

Or is it that when you run a report and run a 90 day report the first 2 months of data shows as 0 because there is no data for that.. that's just the default value MFP chose to show the data prior to your join date at a default of 0 for no entries.. you can backdate your check in to 91 days ago and enter your starting weight there which will tighten up the scale range on the graphs. Tighten it up so the base value isn't 0 but mine still had a 170 pound difference from the lowest to the highest range... makes a 3 or 4 lb loss look like nothing.

^^^^This.

We are aware the reports section shows a line even when you haven't added data for that time period. It is something we hope to address when we overhaul the reports section in the near future.

Thanks for all the help Pandorian - you nailed it as usual!

I don't know how to backdate. I only downloaded the app three days ago, and my "progress" line makes it look like I started at the beginning of July--or possibly before--just this long flat line. Not pretty! If I tap 2m or 3m, the line goes back that far, too.

I'd like it to start when I started. How does one backdate? Is there a Start Date entry I missed?

Thanks.

On the computer at least it's
my home > check in > edit previous entries
at the bottom of that screen is a field
"add a new entry" which includes a calendar date.

Thank you for this info. I didn't know how to change it until I saw your message. Thank you.☺
