Ingredients:
5 Tsp Dry Yest
1/2 Cup Warm Water
6 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Baking Stevia
1/2 Avocado
2 Tbsp Canola Oil
1 Tsp Potassium Salt
1 Cup Chobani Greek Yogurt
1 Large Egg
Cooking Spray
Directions:
Combine yeast and water and let sit for 4-6 minutes.
Combine yeast mixture with sugar, stevia, 3 cups flour, avocado, canola oil, yogurt, egg ,salt. Beat with an electric mixer on medium until smooth.
Stir in the leftover flour and let it chill in the refrigerator for 8-9 hours.
Dust flour onto the counter top and divide dough into fourths
Roll each fourth into a 10 inch circle (should look like a pizza crust)
Spray the dough with cooking spray (butter flavored)
Divide each layer with the cutter into 12 slices. (like mini pizzas)
Start to roll each slice from thick side to little side. Spray again with cooking spray.
Cover and let sit for an hour to rise.
Preheat oven to 350
Bake for 11-12 minutes or until golden.
