Sautee chopped bell pepper + onions & celery and lots of crushed garlic till softened.
Add lean ground beef to pan till browned. Add a tin of baked beans + tinned tomatoes & season to your taste. Simmer for as long or little as you like (+ serve with brown rice/wholemeal pasta/cauliflower rice/pita bread etc + salad) DELISH.

I went to the market the other day and they had pounded round steak pounded thin and they trimmed the fat off. I put it in the crock pot with 2 cups of water, 1 beef broth cube, 1 can of cream of chicken soup (light version), 1 packet of au juice, 1 packet of brown cravy. All I did is brown the meat a little before putting it in the crock pot. It was done in 3 hours and it was very good.

Extra lean ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning... make taco salad.
Or super-thin-sliced beef sauteed with teriyaki sauce over bean sprouts and broccoli. Or bacon-wrapped tenderloin on the BBQ
