Here's my 90 second 200 calorie pepperoni pizza recipe:
1 orowheat sandwich thin (100 calories) or 100 calorie light bagel
1 piece of Weight Watchers or Sargento 50 calorie Mozzarella string cheese
2 tablespoons of any pizza sauce
8 pieces of Hormel turkey pepperoni
Split sandwich thin or bagel in half. Top with pizza sauce, string cheese broken up in pieces, and 4 pieces of turkey pepperoni per half of the sandwich thin or bagel.
Microwave for 90 seconds! Yes, microwave! You can make this at the office by packing the ingredients in separate baggies.

Bump.
Sounds delish!
I recently got a package of turkey pepperoni to try it, my fiance was skeptical but ended up munching on the whole bag over a few days until it was gone. I guess it was good!

If you don't have a toaster oven at work, microwave will do just fine.

This is totally inexpensive too. The pepperoni comes in a big pack and the cheese lasts a long time because you only use one picece per pizza.

you can also use a low cal wrap, you can get whole wheat wraps that are only 50 cal or some are a bit more . you can put the pizza wrap carefully in the oven and it is great, comes out crispy, will cook fast so watch carefully

60 seconds is actually enough time depending on your microwave
