I used to use livestrong to keep track of my caloric intake but found your phone app to work better on the android after switching from my iphone.
On their site you are able to search "WITHIN" your previously selected foods that way you are not adding the same product multiple times in your previously selected or recent foods. it just makes it faster when logging.

Yes!! It would be soooo helpful to be able to "search" within your own foods!!

Can't you do that using "most used" tab on the nutrition tracker? It seems to have all my foods listed, but I haven't been on mfp long enough to know if all my "favorites" are listed.

Yes it does keep a list of your foods but as you add it gets longer and I've notice sometimes it seems to leave off some of the foods you know you've added at one time. It would be so time saving to be able to "search" for that food you know you've added once before instead of scrolling through your whole list each time.
