Hey everyone,
So this morning I happened to eat something that didn't agree with my stomach and I ended up getting sick and, well, vomiting. I've been using myfitnesspal for a couple years now and I've probably been sick like this at least 2-3 times in that time frame. I've wondered about something every time and decided to ask everyone while it's fresh on my mind. This is going to sound like a really weird question, but...
...should you still count calories for a food if you didn't really "keep it down"?
