QUOTE: My idea of eating clean is to take a shower and go to McDonalds. Since I've started dieting and exercising and staying away from fast food, MCd's and everywhere else has just turned disgusting. I'm kind of disappointed, but super excited about it at the same time. I used to be addicted to fast food... as a child growing up my biological father would eat all the grocery's my mom would buy for a month.in one day, so I was stuck to eating fast food every day. Luckily though I didn't gain anything from that! (WOW!) |
