Congrats to those of you with lower real ages, that's awesome! I'm definitely going to be working hard to get my real age down.

Calendar Age: 49.4
Real Age: 42.9 Wow. Surprising. Except I don't have any health problems, and my parents are still alive and rather old. :) That probably helps. So I figure if I lose more weight I'll be even 'younger' by their standards.

"Real" Age: 25.2 ** 8 years younger** Wow! This is great news! I "aged" because I don't have a dog, because I need to eat 4 pieces of fruit a day (I thought I was doing good with 2 pieces!) and because I work out too hard! I thought my P90X and running was a good thing, but apparently it is aging me! Thanks for this suggestion!

Age: 20 (Rounded up)
Real Age: 15.6 O.o! I'm supposedly not working out hard enough. WHAT?! 6 days per week 60 minutes per day + normal walking most days. o.O I also should be taking supplements and eating 6 to 11 servings of grains per day. Who the heck eats 6 to 11 servings of grains per day anyways? O.O That would be a lot of carbs and bloating... You’ll get specific, personalized recommendations and action steps for the following areas of your diet: * Cholesterol * Diversity . . . * Saturated fat * Polyunsaturated fat * Calcium * Potassium * Vitamin E * Vitamin C * Flavonoids * Fiber * Folic acid
