I can't seem to get the reports section to pull anything up.

if you're trying on the iPad it won't work. Reports are flash? java ? based which Apple decided their device won't use.

Pandorian has it right: our website's report page is Flash based, so it's not useable in Mobile Safari (viewing the website on iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch). The native iOS apps have their own reporting features internally.
