Hi everyone. I'm new to this site. So far I like it. I like seeing how much I'm consuming. I had a baby in march. And lost 30pounds. I'm trying to lose another 30 to get back to pre baby weight
I started at 173
7 weeks later I'm at 168

I'm not sure why I can't lose this last 30. I'm eating less calories and a lot healthier foods. It is depressing but I'm going to keep trying. Does anyone else feel the same? Or did you go through this and now your at your goal weight? What did you do? I'm looking for some support and hopefully some friends through this huge life change I'm doing for myself

You've lost 5 lbs in 7 weeks? Doesn't sound too bad to me :) Are you still nursing? I lost 35 lbs after I had my last baby, but it took 9 months. I was nursing and did not want to jeopardize that. Also, Baby weight gain is pretty easy to take off (You know, the extra blood volume/hydration/fat your body added to support the growing of another human), but the fat we gain simply because we over eat while pregnant (or before) is not so easy. So your initial loss was probably pregnancy related weight and these remaining pounds are yours and yours alone :) But, remember, any loss - no matter how small - will still take you to where you want to be. It will just take you a little longer to get there! Feel free to add me.
