Here is the nutritional information for this recipe: calories: 410, carbs: 67g, fat: 4g, protein: 26g, fiber: 3g, sodium: 1,379mg.

Now here is the nutritional information for 2 pancakes using Krusteaz-Homemade Buttermilk Pancake mix.

calories: 172, carbs: 28g, fat: 1g, protein: 8g, fiber 2g, sodium: 473mg.

although you are getting much more protein in the greek yogurt pancakes, i think i will stick to ktusteaz. way to many carbs in yogurt ones.

I made these too, but modified them a bit. I used Walmart Great value lowfat yogurt and a whole egg . I also added a 1/4 cup of water. Makes them lower calorie and can get 4 or 5 cakes using a half cup measure to pour them to cook with. I came up with around 70 cals each if my figures were right. They are very tasty!

I just made these! Literally saw this post and ran into the kitchen. Turns out I didn't have an egg, so I used a tsp of honey and a half cup of water (I only had 5.3oz of greek yogurt too, darn dannon!)
Turned out pretty well, I think next time I'll add berries for sure! Topped them with a half tsp of honey each. Freakishly filling!
