Happy Thursday!
I've noticed that since I've joined MFP....on the days I don't exercise, I seem to want naughty treats, like chocs or sweets (but alas don't have the cals spare)...yet on the days I exercise and have plenty of cals spare, I simply don't want then!!
I guess the endorphines are flowing and I feel great when I exercise, so not wanting the sweet tooth pick me up! lol
Anyone else get this?!

PS since joining the MFP - The whole exercise thing is becoming addictive!
