Not receiving email notifications on news feed comments from specific users (i.e. notification received for some users but not others). Have updated email address (as per advice on previous threads for people suffering the same issue).

I apologize for any issues you may be experiencing. If you don't mind could you please give me a few of the usernames for the accounts which you receive notifications and a few of the usernames for which you are not receiving notifications?

I would like to try and replicate this issue for you and specifics will make this possible

Hi Scott, thanks for your reply and apologies for the delay in responding. Is it possible to get an email notification when someone responds to a topic - as I was not notified of your reply.

As for the email notifications on news feed comments, they appear to be working now.

Currently there is not a way to get a notification when someone responds to your post. Some posts get very busy and it would bombard your inbox with multiple messages. We will definitely look into a way to do this without it being so in your face.
