That is an amazing transformation!! Congratulations on the loss. Your hard work has certainly paid off.
You're especially motivating to me as I am 5' 3.5" and started at ~217lbs (though I've been up to 220lbs or more) and want to get to 135lbs. So we have a similar journey. Thank you so much for sharing!

My jaw dropped when I saw the after pic! What a change! You have made amazing progress! Great job!
Edited to add: I also want to add that seeing how little you are at that weight really makes me wonder what I will look like at a similar weight (I am 5'4"). A part of me thinks that I will only look good once I am in the 120s but I just might be wrong! You go girl!

i'm also 5'3" and currently weigh-in at 128. you look FANTASTIC. i can't seem to grasp that maybe that's how i look too :(

would you like to share info on how you did it? (calories consumed/exercise/etc) i eat 1200 calories a day. no drinks with calories is the biggest thing i did (except crystal light) and no fried foods. LOTS of veggies and salads and chicken!

i cant wait to have my final "before/after" pics in 4 more pounds! thank you all for your kind words! i feel amazing i have so much more energy.. sometimes its a pain cuz i literally feel like i have unlimited amounts! lol
