Hi,

Sorry for any issues - do you remember what the ad was for and where exactly on the site you saw it. We have little control over the content of the ads displayed, but if they are prohibiting our customers from having a good experience we would like to look into it.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Cheers,

Hi, I JUST went to Simple6's profile, and tried to look at her pic's and the GATORADE ad took the space of the pic for about 5-6 seconds, then her pic showed. It does not do it every time, but enough to make me want to punch my screen!

You can also set any photo in which you are tagged as your profile picture by viewing the photo, clicking the Options menu at the bottom of the photo.

It happens on everyone's profile. When you click on a new pic to view the ad next to it (whatever it is not just one co) replaces the old pic for 2-3secs (occasionally longer).... I just assumed it was because the selected pic was 'loading' but probably could be more instant.

Thank you for the additional information. It does not appear that the ad is taking over the profile picture, but is "shifting" over while the picture loads. This has to do with how this section of the site is structured. The picture area is temporarily removed, while the selected photo loads, then the area shows again and the ad shifts over.

I appreciate this can be annoying and would be happy to ask if it is possible to set up the page differently.

Hope this helps, and thanks for all the great information, it makes this A LOT easier!

Cheers,
Scott
