TOPIC: Muscle Building

I would like to see a feature added for muscle building. I am looking to add lean muscle mass and would like for my app to keep track of how i'm doing. I think it would be cool if it would calculate all your fat correctly for all your unsaturated fats and not have all thos N/A all over the place. I am having a hard time trying to get all my calories in for my muscle building. I also think it would be cool if it made a few suggestions on what you could eat to help you reach your goals for the day. I would love to see it suggest some food and it's nutrition info to help me reach my calories for muscle mass growth.

Agreed. And I think when setting total time for exercise a separate area for strength training, as I got confused when I initially set up my account because I do cardio and strength training and took that into consideration when setting average time spent exercising, but the exercise tracker only takes into account cardio.

I dont think a total time for each strength training exercise is required just a total time spent for strength on that given day.

your "planned" exercise isn't calculated to give you your calorie goal. That's why when you log exercise in MFP as complete you "earn" extra calories that you can eat.

exercise > cardio > add exercise > search "strength training" it will ask how long you did the workout and you can enter a minute value and get a calorie burn

exercise > strength training > add exercise > get prompted for weight, sets and reps you don't get a calorie burn here, it's to track your progress over time in those 3 areas
