TOPIC: Program/Video with a different exercise each day?

June 23, 2012 11:58
I could use a video/at home routine that is interesting and has a different exercise regimen each day because I get bored very easily. I seriously can't keep focused unless it is something new or I haven't done in a while. I'm OCD..lol. I also have a gym membership, which I LOVE, but I have two kids, so I rarely have a chance to leave. I have a small mat (somewhere) & 3lb weights. I would appreciate any ideas.

I'm the same way. I switch between two videos right now every other day. But I am thinking about just doing one three days a week (MWF) and then a different video each Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I haven't completely decided yet though ha.

Exhale's Core Fusion 30 Day Sculpt is a compilation of their best-selling DVDs. I have several of their DVDs but not this one. However it has received great reviews and from what I've read they created 20-minute workouts that have something different every day of the month. I'm tempted to get it myself but I don't think I can drag myself away from Turbo Fire right now.

Thank you I'll definitely look into both of those ideas. I haven't really exercised in a while because I was so bored with it and would rather be at the gym, but I don't want to leave the kids with my husband alone all day and I have trouble getting up in the morning, so he usually has them early. lol.. I'm always so tired.

I have the same issue. Try the firm express. Its a 30 day program, 3 days a week and each workout is different. I live that its only 20 mins long. I cant seem to get pass week 2. I get bored with home videos. I rather go to the gym or outside. Im a little ADD. Lol!!

Try YouTube - lots of exercise videos there. Or Netflix streaming. Or your local library.
