I'm 47 and a mother of 3 grown children. Somewhere along the way, I've become skinny-fat. I am looking to melt the flab and replace it with muscle. One of my lifestyle adjustments is to reduce the amount of carbs I'm eating. Is there a way on MFP to change the nutritional goals so that I can lesson the carb allotment? I don't want it telling me I can have another 100 carbs today. lol
Also, are there any crossfit fans out there? I found myself aimlessly wandering around my global gym totally unmotivated and uninspired. I looked into crossfit and tried it out with a $40 unlimited monthly pass from Amazon Local and am now hooked. It seems to be just the kick in the pants I needed.
