I just joined curves and I'm not sure how to track that exercise in my diary - Is it strength or is it cardio I made it both but I do want to do my tracking correctly.

The Curves workout is "circuit training". It's listed in the tracker.

I have been going to Curves now for over 3 years! I'm so glad to meet another Curves lady on here! I too track it under "curcit training" but to be honest, I think I burn more calories than it says. I know if you are working it really hard you can burn up to 500 calories, but I stick with what the diary says just in case I am wrong.

I have been a member of Curves for 2 months now and have lost 4.4 kg (10 pounds) and 11cm so far.
Only joined MFP recently but for the training at curves I select "circuit training" in the database to keep track :) |
