The food diary is great, but it would be a lot better if we could make 8 categories instead of 5. I currently have my food diary set up as "breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, pre workout, post workout" However, under my new training program I am going to try to eat 5 meals a day PLUS pre workout and post workout.
