Hi Everyone,
I am new to FitPal.
I am trying to figure the breakdown for Rice A Roni - Chicken & Garlic. I only want 1/2 cup prepared and no matter which way I do it I can only come up with 1 cup prepared. What am I doing wrong?
Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

Reduce your serving by half.

Yep, it gives you the serving size, but you adjust the entry to reflect how much you had. If it was half a serving, enter it as .5.

Hi Guys,
You know, sometimes the brain just doesn't work! .5, my head was telling me 1/2. Low and behold .5 worked! Silly me.
Also, brown rice from now on, I did notice the sodium content and was shocked. Thanks everyone for getting back to me so quick! |

QUOTE: do brown rice instead.. rice a roni is loaded with sodium I noticed this! All rice (in boxes) is sodium packed...so I have been learning to make my own rice |
