as far as rotating do that b4 you upload
posting here....go to your profile and pull up the pic you want,,,right click and copy the URL paste it put [img ] in front and [/img ] after (with no spaces)...hope that helps

To post in the forums you have to GO to the forum... you can't just go
community > message boards and post a topic you have to tell the system WHICH of the message boards your post is related to... is it a Hi, I'm Alicia... then it's Introduce yourself is it mexican 16-bean stir-fry (just stringing things together) - then it'd be recipes... is it looking for support and motivation ? click motivation and support just random chat not necessarily related to fitness / weight loss - chit chat fun and games once you're ON the relevant board you'll see the green "new topic" button
