My sister and I had a terrible fight yesterday and I feel awful. I only slept a few hours last night and I can't stop thinking about the horrible things she said to me. She has been saving up this anger for months or maybe years and chose to dump on me right before I left for home. The airline lost my luggage too. (Got it back today.) The vacation had been nice up till then. Usually I would go to the chocolate stash and chow. I've done so well and I want to keep making progress -- I haven't been this weight in 15 years. I could use some support. Help me!

Stay Strong! You can overcome these emotions. Try taking a hot shower or going to the gym to release some of the stress.

Hot or cold chocolate with skim milk usually does it for me...otherwise, have a 1/2 cup (or as serving suggested by package) of light frozen yogurt. In the freezer isle there are little single serves of weight watchers ice cream at 100 calories for a cup of brownie chocolate flavor stuff. It's my go to if I have to have something but I can't afford much on my calories.

Excellent ideas above for if you really need the chocolate. My favs:
Chocolate sugar-free pudding. 60 cals a cup. Just don't eat too much. 90 cal chocolate granola bar. Sugar free yogurt with chocolate sprinkles (60 cals sprinkles, 120 for a full cup of yogurt) Run or walk a few miles. Punch a pillow. Do some sort of kicking exercises. You're gonna be OK.

Thanks, everybody! I have avoided the chocolate so far. Have had some long phone calls with my best friend and spent some time talking with other friends and it helps. I actually got below 150 pounds today for the first time in almost 15 years! I figured out that my sister is mad at other people and just used me as a convenient target. Doesn't make it hurt less, but I'm recovering. Thanks for all of your support!
