TOPIC: Never thought I would wear a tiny BIKINI again!! :-)

Thank you flowerforyou My diary isn't open because I only log foods when I change something up (which is very rarely lol). I don't get bored easily, I seriously eat the same things day in and day out.

But basically for all of those wondering what exactly I eat, here it goes wink

Breakfast
Egg beaters omelete with alittle seasoning, usually blk pepper, onion & garlic powder & 2 wedges of softened laughing cow cheese spread on top. OR An everything bagel thin, with 1/3 less fat cream cheese
2 slices of turkey bacon
A huge mug of coffee with coffee mate powdered creamer & 3 equal packets

Lunch
HUGE Salad w/chicken breast, 1 egg, cucumbers & my favorite lowfat dressing

Dinner
Usually seared chicken breast (On a non stick pan, sprayed with PAM)
White rice (YUP I never gave up my white rice lol)
beans

Snacks vary, but I'm always keep the following stocked,
2% polly-o string cheese
2% Cracker barrel cheddar cheese
Oikos Dannon 0% Greek yogurt
Natural peanut butter (I usually scoop up a teaspoon directly from the jar lol)
Lightly salted peanuts

& of course I drink LOTS AND LOTS of water throughout the day. HTH smile

@ Bouken, Going to the gym is great, but I just wanted to let you know, I've never stepped foot into a gym. Everything workout I did, was from the comfort of my own home wink
