I am totally in!! I might be a big girl, but I LOVE to exercise. Unfortunately, in the past I have loved to eat just as much haha!!!
I am going on vacation (to the beach in Florida) in three weeks, so I am going to keep this up until I go :).

Yesterday was reset Monday and I got a good start on this!

Mon: 900 (cut in half what my HRM showed for working out in 90 degree heat for 2 hrs 15 min)
