Mon: 1013 cal - bicycling & calisthenics Tues: 54 cal - walking Wed: 422 cal - calisthenics, pilates, walk/jog Thur: 311 cal - calisthenics, sit-ups, refinishing furniture/painting Fri: 145 cal - calisthenics, sit-ups, walking Sat: 329 cal - calisthenics, sit-ups, walking Sun: 1304 cal - indoor rock climbing, calisthenics, sit-ups, walking Total: 3578 - yippee! if it wasn't for this challenge i would have slacked off this week (been traveling) so thank you whoever started the thread.... |

Week 2
Weekly Goal: 5,147 (3,500 for week 2; 1,647 from week 1 slacking) Mon: 827 (30 minutes spinning, 30 minutes weight training) Tues: 0 Wed: 442 (cycled part of Sunday's tri course) Thur: 152 (walking downtown for 3rd Thursday) Fri: 0 Sat: 0 Sun: 1,224 (Summer Roundup Sprint Triathlon bike leg - 15.3 miles) Total: 2,645 Left to go: 2,502 Didn't quite make it, but decided half-way through the week that trying to play catch up for my week 1 shortage was a bad idea since it was race week. Either way - KILLED it on the bike course this morning and our team got 3rd in the co-ed relay. Still short of the minimum 3,500 goal, but I've got next week to try again!

Well I didn't make it, but I got pretty close!! I'm still pleased as it was a lot more than I usually burn, even though I ended up 700g heaver at the end of it all!!

Monday - Day Off Tuesday - 785 (Step Aerobics, Circuit Training, Elliptical) Wednesday - 618 (3 mile run) Thursday - 792 (Step Aerobics, circuit training, elliptical) Friday - Day Off Saturday - 1715 (Elliptical, Step Aerobics, Circuit Training, Yard Work) Sunday - 1163 (Elliptical, Step Aerobics, Circuit Training, Gardening) Goal - 3,500 Actual - 5,073 (If you take out the hours of yard work I did this weekend, in just purely exercise I burned 3954 calories). I am going to up my goal for next week to 4,000.

Next week I'm all over it. Thank you to the starter of this challenge. Looking back I have found I take more rest days than I should and don't work as hard without a calorie burn goal. This is really great. Thank you. |

Burned 4029 alories this week doing insanity workout 6 days also elliptical once during the week for 40 mins and free weights.
