Hi. I do know what a healthy diet is and the importance of not going extreme. However I have well and truley left it so last min and go away in 7 days. I'm not overwieght at all but would feel more comfortable a few pounds lighter and less bloated. My diet hasn't been too good latley (up and down)
HOWEVER had anyone got a quick fix that could work in 7 days?? I don't care if its just water weight/ temporary as I understand its a quick holiday fix.
ANY HELP/ADVICE THANKS

My quick fix was low carb.
But it always came back to me with a vengeance, because I could never keep it up! So maybe try that before your vacation?

There is no quick fix! I have been doing MFP for 8 weeks and it took about 3 weeks to get rid of the bloat feeling.
Drink lots of water and eat lots of veggies, keep fruit to a minimum , eat lean meats and get some exercise and it will be fine. While you are away, get lots of exercise in, walking swimming whatever, just keep moving. Don't be too hard on yourself if you don't lose, but the goal will be not to gain. Good luck, you can do this!!!
