I dunno. Depends on your idea of good I guess. For me, the lower calorie option would win. I try not to eat too many sandwiches/wraps though - too much bread

Both! In moderation of course. ;)

It depends on a few things, such as the nutrient differences between the bread and the wrap, and it absolutely depends on the remainder of your diet and what dietary needs are present when you factor in the rest of the food that you eat.

I know that I was surprised to find that the Subway flatbread is slightly higher calorie than their bread options, but a bit lower in carbs, of course.

I would say just make the decision according to your personal goals. If you're doing the low-carb thing, the flat varieties may be better (but watch the sodium- some flatbread and tortillas are LOADED). If you get a lot of satisfaction from a thick, grainy piece of bread, they can be perfectly fine in moderation. Just choose one as natural as possible and avoid the ones made with corn syrup.

IT DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU'RE HUNGRY FOR.. SOMETIMES NOTHING CAN REPLACE A NICE HUNK OF ITALIAN BREAD

As someone mentioned, egg roll wraps are a great option. They're low in calories and make delicious hot wraps. I buy arnold flat buns for about 100cals and flat out wraps for about 90cals...They're both delicious. =]

Depends on the ingredients and calories...a lot of wraps include partially hydrogenated shortening and preservatives, then again some bread does, too. If you're comparing whole wheat wraps made with healthy oils against bread made with whole grains and healthy oils then I'd say whichever one you like better and is more satisfying with the least calories.

Like other posters have mentioned, it depends on your goals. If calories are you only concern, then choose the option that is lower. FlatOut makes some low cal flat bread wraps. If a more healthy option is what you are looking for, then check out Ezekial brand bread. It's contents are more natural and healthy (I don't think they use the "franken wheat" that so many mass produced bread products use.)

I have been buying low cal/carb salsa wraps lately. Love them. Don't eat too much bread.

Agreed...they aren't the greatest, but I have learned to sacrifice! Actually, I try not to eat processed breads but its hard.

Depends on the carb count....I go for the lower carbs.

I prefer wraps because it's less filling, so I can have more of the good-for-me stuff I'm adding into it, plus I think it tastes better.

I also grow my own brussels sprouts and use the giant outer leaves as a wrap when I have tacos and it's actually really great!
