My son's birthday is coming up next week, and he has hinted that he would like cheesecake.
We have booth been dieting and doing pretty well, he's preparing for enlistment in the Army and has lost 30 lbs so far. I don't want to derail our efforts with something that's a whole day's calories in one serving but I don't want something that will taste like diet food. I want it to be yummy and decadent. So, the question is, have any of you made any of these recipes and if so, any reviews? I almost think I should just make one of my normal cheesecakes and call it a splurge for a special occasion. after all who knows when the next time will be that I can make him a birthday cake. |
