Hi,
When i enter any searched foods i am redirected to a black and white screen with type only- no images. It allows me to enter the info but never adds the info to my day. I am having no issues on my blackberry app. When hitting the back button the page has expired. The same is also true for any exercise. i have no problem inputting items that are among my recent etc.

Hello,
As a first step will you try emptying your browser's cache? Instructions are here http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache If you are using Internet Explorer, please note that you should uncheck the "preserve data for favorite websites" option if you have MyFitnessPal favorited or bookmarked. I look forward to hearing if this has helped resolve the issue. Cheers, Scott MyFitnessPal Staff |
