I have issues with not seeing the changes. Like, I know I've done well,, that I fit and can rock those size 14's....but I don't 'see' it when I look in the mirror. Hope that made sense?

Wooo Hooo! Awesome!! I have some 14's I bought for work last time I was losing weight. I never made it to 14 so they still have the tags. It will take a while, but I know I will make it with the support of my family, friends and MFP friends!!!
