Costco has some 80 calorie mini pizza crusts. (tomato basil is my fav!) you could top with the shredded buffalo chicken and enjoy! Cut them into fourths for parties! YUM! Thanks for the suggestion!

I do this and buy the egg roll wraps to make buffalo chicken wraps. Super delicious!

watch out for the sodium.... franks red hot & the ranch packets are PACKED with sodium. I'd rather have a few more calories and less sodium

yummy !!!!!!
I also use Marie's Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing with anything I do buffalo !!!! Tastes great and pretty low in calories and fat, esp compaired to regular blue cheese dressing.

QUOTE: Frank’s Buffalo Chicken Ingredients: 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 bottle of Frank’s Hot Sauce (I used buffalo wing flavor) 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dry mix Put chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot. Sprinkle the dry ranch mix on the chicken breasts. Pour the entire bottle of hot sauce over the chicken. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low on 6 hours. Shred the chicken up like you would for barbecue. Enjoy every bite! This is my daughter's new FAVORITE dinner...thanks for sharing |

Little too spicy for me so I use a little more chicken and about 1/2 a bottle of sauce. Nothing else. Excellent !

Everything is ready in the crockpot for tomorrow. Even got green peppers and onions to put in my pita and the chicken. Really looking toward to this!

Insanely delicious! I put some in a 100 calorie pita pocket with a tablespoon of ranch dressing. It was amazing all the flavor of going out for wing night but without the guilt! Thanks for sharing!
