I would really like to see fiber added to the food diary because I just found out that if something has say 7g of carbs and 5 grams of fiber then the net carbs is only 2......

You can go back into the setting and set your tracker to show fiber.

Fiber One cereal (57% daily needs in 1/2 cup of twigs variety), is great in greek yogurt, crushed to use as a breading, Hungry Girl website has lots of uses for it. Also veggies/fruits with skin on has lots-o-fiber too. Some of the drink mixes come in fiber varieties and are a good change of pace over plain water

I had the same question about fiber. I changed my settings. Thank you.

I don't see where you can set the fiber to show in your daily food log. I added it to the list in the "settings" but it doesn't show in the daily food log, only on the home page when I click "see all nutrients". The daily log shows only Calories, carbs, fat, protein, sugar and sodium across the top.
Any ideas? Thanks |

That did not work for me. I have fiber as one of the five categories in settings, but it still does not show up in my diary page on the iPad, and that is the only place I use the app. Any other suggestions?
Thanks for the help |
