I already ate, but I had lamb kabobs on the grill. The veggies included mushroom, pepper, onion, and garlic. The lamb had a homemade tandoori rub that it marinated in for about 6 hours. Delicious!

Roasted parsnips and sweet potato, roasted pork and steamed asparagus. I also prepared my food for the week, sautéed a big pan of fresh veggies, made a turkey meatloaf and washed and cut fresh fruit.

Trying to use up all my pantry stuff before I move 2000 miles.
Sirloin steak, scalloped potatoes (skim milk and reduced fat margarine...still not so healthy) and honey glazed carrots (canned carrots; not as delish but have to use it or move it) Probably fat free sherbert for dessert
Oh, there goes the timer. Dinner's on!

Green smoothie. Luvage from my window sill, nastruims same. And knettles and lettuce too. Love my window sill! Apple ,1/2 a kiwi fruit. Like squeezed 1/2. Wheat grass and hemp protein power. Raw honey and raw chocolate powder. A wee treat really. I usually have no energy to put all this together. I also had potatoe wedges made on George Forman grill. A smoothie only 300 calories. Thanks for asking. Feeling proud of my efforts. I read the support others give and this seems a good place maybe I can share my yo yo life with food.

I just took the chicken thighs and pork ribs up off the smoker and the Mrs is whipping up some green salad and green beans. Gonna wash it down with some Pyramid Apricot Ale. Good eats.
