TOPIC: Most Userd/Recent Foods Backwards

June 03, 2012 09:29
When looking at my food diary, the foods listed are backwards. For example, I could place a fast food restaurant that I maybe eat at ONCE a year and it shows up under my "Most Used" while it never shows up under recent. Foods I eat regularly during the week don't show up under Most Used, but I have to scroll through recent foods for it to show. This is very frustrating. I often have to delete the foods from my Most Used to TRY to get it to look correct. Anyone else having this problem?

Yeah, it's can be frustrating trying to find something you know you ate 2-3 days ago. Try to save your regular eaten items under my food or my meals. IMO You also need to be able to search your recent or most used foods, a very simple thing for the developers to add.

Hi folks,

I apologize for the issue and we would love to be able to help fix the backwards entries. Is this happening on the website, the app, or a combination of them? Is it all of your entries or certain entires? Can you let me know the specific dates and food names this is affecting? The more detail you can provide, the easier it will be narrow down exactly what is happening.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Cheers,
Scott
