I'm 10# away from "one-der-land" (love that, going to steal it) and I hope to get there by July 4th. I've lost 25 so far, since the first of this year.

Seriously though, I know how you feel; that is a GREAT feeling when you dip under that bar of 200 lbs. I got a bit misty when I finally went under the 190 mark as I have not been in the 180s in YEARS. Isn;t it a great motivational tool as well? I love feeling like I am finally SEEING what all the hard work has been about. Thanks for sharing. And keep up the great work. You've earned it.
