As I was doing my W1D3 of C25K this morning it occurred to me that I'm crazy. What the heck am I doing? I'm up at 5:21 am on a SATURDAY to purposely put my body through torture.
But then I thought about how we must ALL be crazy. I only saw 1 other runner out there and I felt good enough to wave to her. Obviously SHE'S crazy too! :) But I decided I LIKE being crazy! I love getting up early to get myself into shape. I love feeling like I'm getting healthier, more in shape, and sexier!
So why am I crazy?
- Getting up at 5:21 am on a SATURDAY to run
- Riding my recumbent exercise bike at 8:45 pm on a Friday night because it just didn't feel right to take a day off from exercise
- Signing up for a 5K to run at the end of July even though I can barely run 60 seconds at a crack right now
- Giving up Pop Tarts for breakfast
- Cutting back on my Mike's Hard Lemonades on the weekends because they're too many calories!
How are you crazy?

Getting up at 7 to exercise (not as early as you, OP, but I'm a grad student and that's usually when we go to sleep...) because it's going to be in the 90s later that day.
I live in Spain and don't eat the ubiquitous white bread (though I do indulge in ice cream now and then). Giving up alcoholic drinks in general (but especially crazy in Spain) because I don't want to drink my calories. Searching out health food stores in madrid like a madwoman and trying to recreate the healthy recipes I'd make in the U.S.

I am fighting a vicious sinus infection, a pulled shoulder muscle, a kidney infection and Im doing Pilates because I cant run or lift today and Im spending the whole time deciding if I'll be ready by september to do a spartan race.

I have a fever and Im sick but still managed to get my crazy self up at 530 this morning to do 35 minutes of burpess, mountain climbers, box jumps, pushups, and planks.....along with kickboxing yesterday morning at silly o'clock because even tho Im sick my twisted self tells me I must do these things
